Fabric: Nihon-Menpu 7.5 oz. Selvage Denim.
Woven by old type machines for particular feeling and color fading of selvage's own effect.
Work wear's standard 2/1 Twill gives different way of fading from 3/1 twill.
Vintage Work Shirts base, Side selvage slits, Fell seam for extra durability, and Side over run loop seams (*Air Chains).
Slightly larger box fit and color matching buttons . Nice to take just size and coordinate with Chino trousers or cargo pants.
Also available in Chambray.
* Air Chains: Old way of trimming side seam in 1930 - 1950, when the sewing machine do not equip automatic stitch turn and cutting thread. Over stitches remain on the product, one of the vintage icon today.
